I placed an order for my grandmother who had been placed on hospice. I requested that the flowers be delivered the evening I ordered. Within 2 hours of placing the order, the flowers had been delivered. They were beautiful!

I wanted to purchase a plant for my brother-in-law’s funeral that was out of state,so I chose a local shop near their home.I submitted the order but realized I left off some info.I called the shop and they told me they didn’t have the plant I chose due to the time of year/less availability due to Covid.They texted a picture of another plant they suggested,but it cost more.They were able to give it to me for the same price as the other plant.I appreciated their time and help during this difficult time. They went above and beyond regular customer service! I would definitely use them again!

I am very glad to have found a website that links me with a local florist directly, although using a larger IT solution. It was very efficient and the delivery was very quick. My cousin texted me a photo later the same day. The flowers looked as expected which made it an even better experience. I have definitely put this on my go-to list for sending flowers and with a family scattered across the country I will need it. THANK YOU!

I found the website very easy to use. Because I couldn't make the funeral I was glad I could use a local florist. First Impressions were kind enough to let me know when the flowers were delivered. My son took pictures of the arrangement and I was very impressed with it. So many times when you order flowers thru FTD they are not what you ordered that is delivered. I used First Impressions when we did my mothers funeral in Va. a few years ago. Whether you or local or far away they are the best I know of.
